Feels like this was made in ’77. But it wasn’t. Temesghen Ghide & Arudi sing “Alemuye”

It’s just really poor video quality.  And that’s part of what makes this really cool.It’s also been watched by more people than most of the other vids on here.  So I guess there’s high demand in Eritrea for this stuff.  I don’t know which guy is which but one of the really cool things about this song is how they incorporated traditional music.  That’s what this is all about–local cultures laying rap down on their music.  The guy’s flow’s a little off at times, but so what.  This is the real deal and read all the latest wild Eritrean news here.
